Nordent Manufacturing is hiring for warehouse production workers to be a part of our team. We are hiring for available position in production to contribute to Nordent’s ongoing success. Job Title: Finishing Associate Department: Production Direct Supervisor: Finishing Supervisor Operations Manager Accountabilities: Finish instruments to finishing sample as assigned Sharpen instruments as required Achieve daily production goals Maintain clean, organized, and effective workspace Other duties as assigned Required Education & Training: High School Diploma or equivalent No experience required Required Soft Skills: Must exemplify our core values; Dare to Care, Eager to Learn, Whatever it Takes, and Together we go Farther Ability to follow verbal and visual instructions Hand Dexterity Ability to work in a team environment Strong work ethic Quality System Role: Assist Production team with tasks assigned following our quality system Benefits: Pay: $19.00 – $20.00 per hour to start 401(k) 401(k) matching Dental Insurance Health Insurance Life Insurance Paid time off Retirement plan Vision insurance Schedule: Full-Time 8-hour shift In person Monday to Friday Overtime and Weekends as needed
