Nordent Manufacturing is hiring for warehouse production workers to be a part of our team. We are hiring for available position in production to contribute to Nordent’s ongoing success. Job Title: Shipping Associate Daily & Monthly Responsibilities: Coordinate shipments of products with Production and Scheduling staff Support facilities projects on a regular basis Responsible for maintaining stock item levels Oversees the printing, picking, packing, releasing and assembly of customer orders Participates in the resolution of any orders that have inventory issues Verifies materials against receiving documents noting and reporting discrepancies and obvious damages as well as receiving and dispatching inbound materials in ERP Coordinates pick up or delivery of orders Assists in the segregation of hazardous material Plays a lead role in the development of the shipping/receiving team Accurate Order Fulfillment and Shipping Execute Cycle Counts as directed Maintain clean, well-organized, and effective workspace Execute international shipping process Plays an active role in promoting and enforcing safety measures and procedures Other duties as assigned Skills & Qualifications: Personal growth orientation and alignment with Nordent’s core values; Dare to Care, Eager to Learn, whatever it Takes, Together we go Farther Beginner to intermediate computer software skills to include experience with Email, MS Office, Adobe, etc. High School Diploma Experience working in manufacturing plus, but neither are mandatory Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Ability to lift maximum 50 lbs.   Experience: Shipping and receiving 1 year (preferred) Some experience is necessary.
