Job Duties include but not limited to:

• Ensure all make-ready repairs and services are completed correctly and on schedule
• The periodic performance of preventative maintenance programs
• Dvelop specifications for grounds maintenance, snow removal, and cleaning
• Coordinate apartment turnover logistics to ensure completion within three to five days
• Keep manager informed of supplies & equipment needed for cleaning and maintenance duties
• Be on standby in the event of emergency calls for evening, weekday & holiday coverage

Requirements:

• Must have 2 years experience within residential property management
• After-hour availability; including nights and weekends
• Proven knowledge of building codes, laws, and regulations
• Must be available to handle on-call emergency services on as-needed basis
• Must have personal, reliable transportation to et to work in order to respond to on-call emergencies 

Physical Demands:

• The work requires routine walking, standing, bending and carrying items weighing less than fifty pounds
• Moving items over fifty pounds utilizes a team lift

• Perform light housekeeping to maintain a safe home environment
• Work closely with healthcare teams to implement care plans
• Provide specialized care for hospice and group home settings
