Qualifications:

Individual must possess a high school diploma or equivalent certificate. Minimum of one (1) year experience in food preparation, sanitation, and service. Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

Qualifications:

Individual must possess Supportive Living or Skilled Nursing background. Minimum of three (3) years’ experience in Compliance and Medicaid for long term care facility and/or other agencies. Individual should have prior experience serving as a liaison between families, healthcare professionals and administration. Knowledgeable in LIHTC, HUD, fair housing, HIPPA, and other programs.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure that move-in paperwork is complete and that all necessary forms are completed and distributed to the DCR.
  • Assist family and residents with move-in process.
  • Work with Compliance and Medicaid to make sure all necessary paperwork is submitted with the application. Follow up with family to make sure that all paperwork/documents are gathered correctly
  • Act as the primary liaison to the family for Sales, Compliance and Medicaid and utilize customer service skills to communicate additional information that is needed for the application to be approved.
  • Complete criminal background check, order DON screening, gather medical information necessary for move-in.
  • Submit Medicaid applications, complete Medicaid redeterminations
  • Meet with families and/or prospective residents to help facilitate the application process.
  • Enter new resident required information into Yardi upon move-in.
  • Act as a back-up to the Lifestyle Specialist when needed. Respond to all new inquiries immediately (phone-ins and walk-ins) or before the end of the day.
  • Skillfully interview prospects or their representatives to identify how Grand Lifestyles may meet their needs.
  • Effectively communicate and explain the application processing policy, and the current resident referral policy the types of floor plans, the basic features of each type and the availability of units within the community;
  • Monitor Vacant Units onsite vs System tracking. Partnering with ED/Maintenance Manager on unit readiness and compliance the financial criteria required to move in, including conducting a pre-qualification on potential residents to ensure they are appropriate and meet the financial guidelines of the community.
  • Provide prospective residents with a list of documents and all state-mandated information required.
  • Coordinate move-in dates and apartment assignments for new residents in accordance with open apartments and vacant units.
  • Communicate with and involve appropriate community team members in the decision-making process required to determine residency.
  • ADDITIONAL DUTIES:
    • Maintain regular contact with prospective residents and their families to validate their interest and move them towards an approved application and record updates to customer information in YARDI.
    • Work with the Executive Director to communicate to team members information on sales issues impacting other departments.
    • Perform related duties as assigned or as the situation dictates

Summary:

Handle the overall maintenance of the community by following the preventative maintenance plan, ensuring all units are in full working condition, troubleshooting problems and emergencies as they arise, and keeping the community in a clean and pleasant condition.

Responsibilities:

  • Know each resident and their family members.
  • Respond to customer needs in a friendly, timely manner and with a focus on creating a positive customer experience.
  • Conduct preventive maintenance (PM) to ensure proper functioning, operation and maintenance of all equipment, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical and mechanical systems.
  • Maintain all exterior areas of the community not covered by third party contracts to achieve exceptional community appearance.
  • Troubleshoot heating and air conditioning repairs, including installing thermostats, changing filters, changing heating control operators, and replacing thermocouples.
  • Troubleshoot and repair electrical needs, including changing ballasts, light bulbs, breakers and fuses.
  • Troubleshoot and repair plumbing issues, including replacements of wax bowl rings, tank parts, pop-ups, supply lines, toilets, sinks, and soldering of copper pipes.
  • Complete routine inspections of vacated units and quarterly unit inspections for safety compliance.
  • Repair and replace tile floors, doors and cabinetry.
  • Patch, repair and replace drywall and paint as necessary.
  • Operate and use floor care machinery and products, including buffing machines, floor scrubbers and mops to maintain exceptional Community appearance.
  • Clean carpets, furniture, including spot removal and use of a carpet extractor.
  • Operate a key making machine to duplicate apartment and Community keys.
  • Chart, record and track all cleaning and paper supplies, including maintaining accurate and updated Safety Data Sheets on all chemicals.
  • Fill out, maintain compliance, and produce forms requested by the state or any other inspectors.
  • Respond to after-hours community emergencies within sixty (60) minutes

  • Maintain district technology database/ticketing system using PHP.
  • Process adds and changes within the Mitel server.
  • Ensure group policies meet security standards as outlined by CISA.
  • Install, manage, and support a myriad of software applications.
  • Maintain database records of all equipment (purchases, placements, repairs, and final dispositions) using asset database.
  • Using SYSPREP create, maintain, and update all required computer images using FOG server.
  • Update and maintain FOG imaging server.
  • Maintain a working knowledge of all computer related equipment in order to facilitate timely troubleshooting and repairs.
  • Perform daily Chromebook repairs.
  • Installation of new desktop/laptop (PC/MAC) computers and computer related equipment (printers, peripherals) as per required timelines.
  • Install and maintain all required technology security systems.
  • Prepare for the disposal of obsolete technology equipment.
  • Attend workshops and trainings to improve knowledge base as necessary.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

  • Ability to read and communicate effectively with employees of the district.
  • Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions provided in either written diagram, or oral form.
  • Work involves walking, talking, hearing, using hands to handle, feel, or operate objects or controls, and reaching with hand and arms.

This position is responsible for providing superior guest satisfaction while attending to guest needs such as check-in/check-outs, reservations, and answering guest questions and needs. The ideal candidate will work easily in a fast-paced environment while maintaining an optimistic, “energy-giving” attitude to be the bright spot in our guest’s day. Duties & Responsibilities

  • Process guest registrations, including collecting payment
  • Complete shift reports
  • Respond to guest needs, special requests, and complaints and alert the appropriate manager as needed
  • Promote, answer questions about, and enroll guests in choice privileges frequent guest program
  • Assist other team members in various assignments including assisting with breakfast, laundry, or housekeeping duties
  • Maintain and clean the lobby and bathroom as needed

Minimum Experience, Education, Skill & Physical Requirements

  • Previous hotel experience recommended but not needed
  • Must have a high school diploma or equivalent
  • Must be flexible in hours and days worked
  • Must be able to stand for long periods
  • Must have sound judgment and discretional skills and be able to work independently 
  • Must be proficient in the use of common Windows-based computer programs including Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Must be able to operate basic office machines (i.e. copier, fax, printer, etc.)
  • Must display very good organization and time management skills
  • Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with many types of personalities

Compensation

  • From $16.00 per hour
