  • Testing and inspecting dimensions, weight, temperature, and performance
  • Conduct online inspection and process control limits
  • Compile and evaluate data to maintain quality and reliability of products
  • Understand and enforce principles of HACCP, GMP and GDK Foods quality standards
  • Assure that 100% of Raw Material, In-Process and Finished Product not adhering to standards is contained and not used in production or shipped to customers.


  • 1+ years of experience in food manufacturing environment in a QA/QC role
  • Knowledge of trend analysis preferred
  • High school diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Experience in manufacturing and/or distribution environment; preference given to candidates with experience in inventory control or production planning in a food manufacturing facility
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Experience with Microsoft Office software (Outlook, Excel, Word)
  • Basic math aptitude
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills
  • Strong organization, analytical, and deductive reasoning skills
  • Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) a plus


$20.00 per hour

Physical Demands/Work Environment:

Manufacturing plant environment with varied temperatures including hot, cold, and freezer. The work environment includes a variety of physical conditions, such as proximity to moving mechanical parts, moving vehicles, electrical current, working on high places, and/or exposure to chemicals in work setting. Incumbents are frequently required to stand, walk, hear, bend, stoop, climb, crouch, kneel, reach overhead, pull lifting to 50lbs, and push unassisted.
